Basically this design was an attempt by XBRdepot to make their cheap quality chinese repair kit copies even "better"/cheaper(as in reducing costs) but as he got absolutely no engineering talent, this failed miserably, basically the idea of our hybrid fix, I say our, because we developed it(ours actually works), is to make the mainboard sit flat in the chassis, meaning everything sits nice and flat and nothing can break off(the solder balls under the chips tend to get loose from flexing).

However as you can see in the graphic below nobody in that company even managed to take a ruler and check their measurements, they squished screw heads and the plate in the small space under the mainboard, as there is only 3.7MM space, this elavates the whole mainboard to about ~5.75-7MM, you can easily see how the board is bending.(this means the board as a whole is bending worse now than it used to with Microsofts "evil" X-Clamps"(save yourself the money and use those instead)

His toxic thermal pads are also useless now because the plate doesnt touch the chassis anymore, meaning it doesnt cool anything and will just cook around and heat the CPU and GPU from below.
